Refund policy

At RegaloCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order:

1. Checking the Parcel at Delivery: Before accepting the package from the courier partner, please ensure that the parcel is fully packed, sealed, and not torn or damaged from any side. If the outer packaging is severely damaged or open, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product (Free Replacement): If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product inside the package, we offer a 100% Free Replacement.

  • Mandatory Requirement: To approve a replacement, you must record a single, continuous Unboxing Video (from opening the sealed outer courier bag to showing the product's defect) along with clear photos of the product's condition.

  • How to Claim: You must email the unboxing video and product images within 48 hours of delivery to [chiragoalogy@gmail.com].

3. Verification & Communication: Once we receive your email with the required proof, our team will investigate the issue. If the damage is verified, we will connect with you within 24-48 hours via Email or Phone to process your solution.

4. Strictly No Cash Refunds (Replacement or Bank Transfer): Since we operate on high shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) costs across India, we do not accept returns or cancellations for a "change of mind" once the product is shipped.

  • If Replacement is Approved: We will ship a brand-new identical product to your address absolutely free.

  • If the Product is Out of Stock: In case a replacement cannot be sent due to stock unavailability, and your order was a COD (Cash on Delivery) order, you will be requested to securely share your Bank Account Details or UPI ID on our official email [chiragoalogy@gmail.com] so we can transfer your refund.
